罵吳宗憲劈腿 宋新妮舊愛賠償

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北12日電）藝人宋新妮前男友黃國鎮認定宋女與吳宗憲曖昧，受訪批評吳是「劈腿王」。黃男事後賠償，吳宗憲撤告，法院判決公訴不受理。

黃國鎮是知名髮型師，他與宋新妮原本是男女朋友，後來雙方分手，宋女也嫁作人婦。

黃男因認為宋女與吳宗憲存有曖昧，在民國100年12月30日時，接受平面媒體記者電話採訪時，涉嫌以「劈腿王」、「通姦王」等語辱罵吳宗憲，吳宗憲事後提告，檢方依公然侮辱罪嫌起訴黃男。

台北地院開庭審理時，吳宗憲向法官提出撤回告訴狀，法官確認黃男賠償吳宗憲，並達成和解，判決公訴不受理，由於雙方簽有保密協議，無法得知和解內容。1021212
