吳宗憲挨罵通姦王 ANDY被訴

宋新妮的前男友、髮型設計師黃國鎮（英文名ANDY）2年前接受平面媒體訪問時，認為宋新妮曾與綜藝節目主持人吳宗憲關係曖昧，指稱吳是「劈腿王」、「通姦王」等語，吳氣炸提告，台北地檢署昨依公然侮辱罪將黃起訴。

起訴書指出，49歲的黃國鎮與宋新妮原為男女朋友，現已分手；黃認為宋新妮與吳宗憲的關係曖昧，100年12月30日接受媒體影劇記者電話採訪時，指稱吳宗憲是「劈腿王」、「通姦王」等，吳宗憲認為黃所言不實，貶損他名譽。

黃國鎮挨告後，委任律師辯護，宣稱沒有侮辱吳宗憲意圖；吳堅持提告，雙方未和解，檢察官認為黃的言論足以損及吳宗憲人格與社會評價，將黃起訴。
