名媛派瑞絲希爾頓的24歲弟弟拜隆，７日控告「麻煩女王」琳賽洛漢指使壯漢海扁他。琳賽當晚在邁阿密租賃的豪宅中開趴，她８月才剛勒戒期滿「重新做人」，轟趴中卻毒品烈酒橫流；拜隆告訴警方，琳賽對他咆哮：「這就是你對我男友說我壞話的下場！」接著身旁壯漢就把他打成豬頭，琳賽在旁狂笑鼓動。琳賽否認參加派對，但TMZ網站卻取得兩人對質影片，當場拆穿她。
